The estate is 2km from Penrith CBD and includes the alignment of the proposed future connection of the Great River Walk (GRW) into the Penrith Lakes Parklands. This provides an opportunity to build this stretch of the GRW and to make a pedestrian/cycleway connection through the site to link to the Sydney International Regatta Centre (SIRC), Castlereagh Village and the rest of the Parklands.

Precinct Capital have offered to construct an extension of the Great River Walk on 22,000m2 of river-front land. The extension of the Great River Walk along the site’s boundary will provide recreational, scenic and environmental opportunities.

The business park is designed to enhance the opportunity for small businesses who are not only the largest employer in Australia but also the biggest contributor to GDP in this country.

In addition, the estate will provide dedicated cycle and pedestrian walkway links through the estate to connect to SIRC and its existing cycle/pedestrian loop.
